At 20 weeks, this site says that the baby should weigh about 9 ounces and measure up to 6.5 inches. Other sites claim the baby should weigh 10 ounces and measure to 10 inches. Which is correct?

these are just average... it can all depend on a number of things. As long as the Dr and tech say things are fine i wouldn't worry to much!

I believe it is all just an average of what the baby should weigh or how long the baby should be. Just wait and see how long your doctor tells you the baby is measuring or how much they say the baby weighs when you do an u/s and if something is wrong with how much the baby weighs or how long the baby is measuring with how many weeks you are they will definitely let you know if it is normal or abnormal.

every site has different weights. u should ask your doctor about how much is normal for your time. that is the most accurate. but im sure you know this!

its just an average. just like a person with a normal bmi is supposed to gain between 25-35lbs. just an estimate. i know my baby was 10 oz and others were 8oz and others were 14oz at 20 weeks. just depends. good luck with rest of pregnancy
