I am 12 weeks and I walk.. I dont really have the energy to much right now.. Dont start anything to rigiorious if you werent doing it before you were pregnant.. Once I get more energy I will be doing more exerciing.. Stretching and walking and a few other things that will be good for me and the baby..

At this point, yes! But during the the first cuple of months...I really did not have the energy. Just getting up, taking the kids t school and going to work for six hours was a workout enough! Once I got to week 14...I got some of my energy back...it feels really good!! Just don't overdue it...

I teach 3-4 group fitness classes a week and I see a difference in my energy level compared to others who r preggy. It really helps mentally alot. Especially when you start showing, you feel like you are doing what you can to keep the weight gain under control...even if your eating habits are out of control! Don't overwork, and if you can't talk without gasping for air, slow it down slowly. Keep everything in your own comfort zone, your body will let you know when to much is too much.

Before I was pregnant, I worked out everyday. It's been tough, I did good for the first few weeks. I was so tired after work, it was hard to do anything for a few months. I walked here and there. Now, I want to swim.. I have been swimming everyday. It feels great, it's light on the body.

I love to. I still instruct a class as well. I didn't do much of anything weeks 6-12, but since I've been feeling better I'm definitely back at it. I am careful to not push or get my heart racing too much, and I stop if I'm weak or dizzy. A modified version of whatever exercise you engaged in before you were pregnant is great for both you and baby.

I was walking a mile every other day until I was told to slow it down b/c my amniotic fluid was low and exercise can lower it even more (i was 37 weeks). now that I am 40 weeks, i am trying to do it again hoping it will induce.

i have known that people do continue it, but in moderation, and its always best to talk to your doc about what types of excercise you can do during pregnancy..
