About how many ounces of formula should my 4 week old baby be eating?

My son is 6 weeks today and hes a hoss. He is eating about 3-4 ounces.

2 to 4.. it depends on the baby and if they are a big eater or not, and how far apart she eats.

both od my god daughters took 4 oz at 4 weeks old although sometimes they did not want the 4 oz they wanted 2 or 3 oz but then normally they next feedin they would want 5 or 6 oz but they was on an 8 oz bottle by 2 in a half months but all babies are diferent good luck

My 7 week old barely takes four ounces in a feeding. Sometimes she only wants two. Sometimes three. But rarely does she take the whole bottle. She is mostly breast fed and only eats on the breast for about 10 minutes every 3 hours. She gets a bottle of breastmilk or formula before bed and usually takes 2-3 ounces. And then sleeps for 5 hours

Every baby is diffrent...He might need more or less than another baby. Try giving him/her 6 oz and the baby will eat as much as he/she needs. Then youll know how much your baby needs.

i breastfed my baby until 4 eeks than he started on formula and ate 4 oz.....but was very quickly up to 6 oz!!!!
