2b - 133 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) eat!!

Debra - 133 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) yes, i was very hungry until i got too large to consume too much at a time. Now that I'm breastfeeding, i consume the same caloric amount as a teenage boy. You need to consume 300 extra (healthy) calories on top of your regular diet and an additional 400 calories for breastfeeding. Enjoy LOTS of dairy products (or you should be on an extra calcium supplement as your bones and teeth will weaken if u don't get enough from your food) which includes cheese and ice cream :) fruits, veggies, water, pasta, rice, potatoes, breads, lean meats and fish- but watch your mercury intake.

RobynKitten - 133 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Yeah, as soon as my morning sickness disapeared, i ate everything...still do... x

monica9 - 133 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I ate everything in sight my first trimester. it tapered off by the middle of my second trimester. If you arent getting mornning sickness then you will be more likely to eat everything!! Dont worry, its normal and will fade eventually.

billo - 133 days ago Rating: 5 (1 votes) completely normal, I started eating a lot more at about six weeks, that went on till about 11 weeks, and now at 16 weeks I am eating normally again. My main reason was that I was very nauseous, and eating helped. But I was also really really hungry most of the time. Eat what your body is asking you for (within reason!) it wont last forever. And even in all that time of eating a lot I didn't really put on much weight. Good luck with the pregnancy

moms the word - 133 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) If you can eat like that now, feel lucky, I was so sick to my stomach for the first 8 weeks that I could not even smell or look at food. Enjoy the ability to eat that way now cause soon, you may be having the opposite feelings. Good luck!

HaleyD - 133 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Totally normal! The first 8 weeks for me were like that. I am now 14 weeks, and I am like I was before I was prego. You are more hungry now because the baby forms the fastest in the first 12 weeks. That is the most energy your body puts out in the whole pregnancy.

littlecavalier - 133 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Definitely normal. I was always super hungry in the morning and then not so hungry in the evenings. I used to eat two or three breakfasts :-). Definitely eat when you're hungry just try to make good choices, lots of fruits and veggies.
