course you can, i eat everything i feel like eating, even though ive been told not to eat certain stuff. if my body wants it ten it must be what my body needs, none of this stuff im not supposed to eat, has done any of my kids harm.

yes, it is actually good for you! just as long as it is fully cooked you are fine. And the only sushi you can eat is cooked sushi like california roll.

i ate only tilapia, shrimp and clams throughout pregnancy. Tilapia is perfectly fine.

yes you can. You do need to limit the mercury levels you intake as too much mercury can build up inside your child's brain and cause brain damage. Here is a link to a website with a good guideline: http://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/fishmercury.htm You cannot eat raw fish- as it may contain harmful bacteria.

sure - filled with omega 3..just don't eat tons of tuna out of a can.
