Ok girls, I know many of us like to shop so this might be a fun question... How many of you have purchased more `stylish` diaper bags for yourself and how many stuck to the more basic bag (i.e. backpack or basic tote)? And if you bought a more trendy one, what brand did you get and did you find it was worth it? I don`t mind spending money on something seeing as how it will be the one bag used for a long time (hopefully), but not sure which way to go. I`m thinking to buy something cute for myself, then something more sporty (unisex) for both myself and my husband to use, of course both having to be practical. Thanks mommas!

benjamink - 123 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have 4 diaper bags...One Jeep and one Carters, one Kate Spade and one Coach. I can't stop buying them, Maybe an extension of my purse fetish. All are basic black go with anything bags and are a variety of sizes. The Coach and Kate Spade definitely can be used as a large tote later with no problem, they are not babyish at all.

ibaheir2dathrone - 123 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Wow, I feel generic! lol. I was looking for something big and durable. I never thought about style. Coach? Juicy? Vera? Good Lord, guess I should rethink the bag huh?

Jennifer - 123 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have a simple diaper bag from carters....that wont be embarassing for my husband to be seen with` they had a special spend 50 in the store get the bag for 10, and then I found at target a purse/diaperbag on clearance for $7 for when we are just making small trips...

lizzie287 - 123 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I bought a Winnie the Pooh diaper bag because I figured it would be less embarassing for my boyfriend to have to carry around that way. I didn't want something boy friendly (what he was looking at was UGLY) so I opted for something that would clearly be a diaper bag, and couldn't be mistaken for a manpurse if he's carrying it lol

shockedmommy - 123 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) im in love w/ da juicy couture baby bags they r expensive but i still hoping for me i have a reg classic pooh one my husband chose since he refused to carry a juicy bag around

brittany1621 - 124 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had my husband physically purchase my baby bag, that way when he carries it for any reason he will feel like he is getting his moneys worth :) I went with the Vera Bradley Diaper Bag. I like that it's nice and roomy, came with a changing pad, sides have room for bottles and there are lots and lots of patterns to choose from. After I am done using it as a diaper bag I will use it as her travel bag when we go on vacation or even to grandmas house. Burberry has a really cute and stylish baby diaper bag collection. Hope you find what your looking for!

asutori - 124 days ago Thanks ladies!! I am thinking to go Coach as well (for myself with or without the baby) and then for traveling and for my husband, I'm going to get a SkipHop bag that can attach to the stroller. Thanks ladies, I don't feel so crazy now :)

Debra - 124 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i bought a proper diaper bag and never use it. I now use my MEC bag that has a pocket for my wallet/phone/keys and sometimes use a backpack. I just can't be bothered to carry around 2 bags most of the time- especially if i'm also carrying baby. You want practical? Buy a big purse. I'm thinking my next larger purse bag is going to be coach- large enough to carry a couple diapers/ wipes/changing pad/outfit/toys and possible food.

candace3 - 124 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I bought a set of 2 bags for 25$....they are super cute and roomy enough for everything. One is large and the other is small..I will mainly use the large one, and when baby is older when I don't have to carry so much, I will use the smaller. My husband could care less what he is carrying diapers in.

MelissaJoanne - 124 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I haven't purchased or decided on the right diaper bag for myself yet, but the one we registered for for my husband is a "diaper dude". My husband loves really nice backpacks, and is actually kind of excited about his manly diaper bag!

jodiie - 124 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i havent bought mine yet but my boyfriend says all the bags look like women bags so ive left him to pick one he wants to use (as we dont live together well need 2) but mine, im thinking something stylish that doesnt look like a plain big brick lol i wanted a more fashionable one

corrin - 124 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i bought a large black coach bag...and im sooo glad i did...i can fit diapers and formula and everything inside...and than when i go out by myself( which is rare!) i can use it as my bag...i had the baby bags but i just felt unfashinable..just because im a mommie now doesnt mean i cant look good!!lol..
