by 12 weeks i had put on about 8 lbs. you are much smaller than me, i am 5'8" 146lbs pre pregnancy, at 25.5 weeks, i have put on 26 lbs. i continue to eat healthy and exercise, so your body is going to do what your body is going to do! just roll with it, you will take it off after you give birth to a beautiful healthy baby!

If you know you're eating healthy and exercising, try not to pay too much attention to the number on the scale. If you KNOW your diet could be better, try correcting it and see what your body does.

Depend on how tall you are to begin with, but 100lbs is pretty low weight for most women unless you are under 5 feet tall. Most thin women will gain ALOT of weight- even Jenny McCarthy gained 70 lbs, as did Torri Spelling- b/c they were of a low weight to begin with. You will first need to get to a increased weight so you can carry baby on your frame. Just keep eating healthy, drink a lot of water, lean proteins, healthy carbs (pasta) lots of fruits and veggies and dairy and stay away from heavily processed foods and junk food. Personally I'm 5 feet 4 inches and weighed 158lbs before pregnancy. I gained 31lbs and lost 15lbs immediately after birth, the rest by 4 months post partum. I now weigh less than my pre pregnancy weight. Please stop by my vip site for more tips on pregnancy/labor/breastfeeding and more. I'm an RN and have a 6 month old at home. i had a lot of questions during pregnancy and after and I wrote down my answers and all the help I got during- putting it on my VIP site so I can help more people!

It's alright, however (not to freak you out) just keep an eye on what you eat during your pregnancy and try to keep it healthy as possible.. be sure to give in to a few of your cravings every so often... Some women gain more weight at the beginning and almost nothing at the end.. Personally I'm 25.5weeks and have put on 7 1/2lbs, but I started out at 177lbs and have had morning sickness the whole time. I also get full REALLY quickly. And I'm TRYING to put on a few more lbs. My cousin was tiny (my height and weighed 120) she put on 60lbs and got BIG to 180+.... but she ate EVERYTHING.

I showed at 11 weeks and hadn't gained any weight, so don't worry about showing too early! And if you started out small, or underweight even, you'll healthily gain more weight in your pregnancy than a woman of 'average' weight. Your clothes not fitting isn't just a matter of weight gain, either. Your hips spread and your body starts to adjust for baby, and your pre-pregnancy clothes won't fit. Make sure that you're taking care of yourself and making healthy food choices, and you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

I don't think so. i really dont think that 14lbs in two weeks is bad.
