All day I have been getting period/diarrea like cramps and my belly harden like I was getting braxton hicks. But today my lower back is kinda sore too and I am really tired. Should I be concerned or is it just a normal part of pregnancy at week 30? The baby is still kickin me and moving around and everything else has been normal. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?

lulizzle - 78 days ago Thanks to all that answered! Luckily it was a false alarm and was triggered by heat and lack of water! Best rest got rid of it!

Debra - 81 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Sounds like labor. You need to be drinking lots of water though during pregnancy to avoid going into labor early. The uterus is very thirsty and if it gets dehydrated, it will contract in response to irritation. Please go get checked by your doctor just in case as 30 weeks is very dangerous and not something to be fooling around with by asking us questions on here.

moms the word - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Are you drinking plenty of water? Dehydration can cause muscle cramps. I don't know if it is really hot where you are or not but I would be sure to stay well hydrated and call my doc since they seem persistant.

eastern-Canadian-Lady - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have been having the same thing, but it has lasted for weeks. Not ALL day every day, but in spurts for 4 or 5 hours. I don't really think it is normal, but probably not too abnormal either. M22GK had good advice.

Mommy2twogreatkids - 82 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I would deffinatley drink extra fluid and lay on your left side as both will help to combat preterm labour if this does not help just give the doc a call to be sure!

lulizzle - 82 days ago Oh and my upper legs are really sore too all of a sudden.
