What are good and safe finger foods for babies 10 mo.+ (It`s been a while!since I did this)

Debra - 121 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) just watch sodium intake (pizza crusts etc). Babies can only tolerate very small amounts in their diet over all as their kidney's are not fully functioning like an adults are.

juliealisesmommy - 121 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) MY LIL GIRL LOVES PIZZA CRUSTS. GOOD FOR TEETHING AND SHE SAVORS THE TASTE!

mandak - 121 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) the gerber puffs are great!!

littlecavalier - 121 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) cheerios, pieces of banana, pears(very ripe so that they're soft or boiled if not as ripe), avocado (messy but good for them), cheese (depending on if they have teeth), rice, noodles, blueberries cut in half (pretty messy and will stain though), melon, lots of fruits and veggies that have been cut into bite size pieces and then boiled until they're soft such as carrots, apples, squash, sweet potatoes, peas, green beans. Gerber also sells puffs which melt in their mouth even easier than cheerios and yogurt melts (haven't tried these but everyone on the 9 month page seems to like them).
