Sometimes my stomach feels hard, and sometime it doesnt. Is this because of the position of the baby? Today it`s really hard right in the front. By the way, im 27wks 3dys

gr8scottswife - 121 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) BH contractions push the baby tight against your stomach.

moms the word - 122 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I could be BH but they usually come and go in spurts throughout the day. I had a similar feeling when my daughter would ball up on one side or the other. Both are normal so I wouldn't worry. I also agree with the other ladies regarding the water intake. Make sure to stay well hydrated throughout your pregnancy and afterward especially if you intend to nurse your baby. Good luck!

ashley251471 - 122 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i know wut ur talking about..yeah its how the baby is positioned. sometimes a head or bottom will be sticking out which makes your tummy hard..it feels so weird! diferent areas of my tummy would get hard depending on how my baby was sitting!

Debra - 122 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Its called Braxton Hicks contractions. They will occur more when you are dehydrated as your uterus is a thirsty muscle. When you dehydrate, the uterus becomes irritated and contracts in response. These are also practice contractions and will occur more frequently the further a long you are. alis08 - 122 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hi, maybe its because when u drink (not alcohol) the liquid goes into ur bladder and makes u bloated which pushes the baby out, and when your not it may jus be that you are not showing yet! so u shouldnt need to worry! hope this helps a little xxxxx
