Sciatic Nerves...

My sciaitc nerves are constantly being pinched...and I get stuck in these weird positions...with no one to help me out of them....does anyone know of any remedies to help with this?!?!?!?

sarahann - 80 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I suffered with really bad sciatica from the beginning of my pregnancy until the very end. My doctor showed me a number of stretches to do which help ease the pain. They are quite quick and easy to do, but I can't describe them in words and I wouldn't want to tell you the wrong thing. You need someone to show you. I suggest going to your doctor who would be able to show you how best to manage it. I feel for you, the pain is terrible and it's awfull being stuck and unable to move. agonzales - 80 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Oh I have that problem everyday. When I lay down its hard to move and get up cause my leg and butt feels like a shocking sensation. The only advice I got when I asked this question was go to a chiropractor lol. So I guess there isnt much to do about it.

amber9684 - 80 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) mine hurts so bad too!!!! i was recently in a car accident about a week ago and i can barely move when i get home from work!!! doesnt help that im 30 weeks pregnant! i'm gonna watch your question for answers since i was wondering the same thing, but i feel your pain totally
