My twin girls will be nearly 5 by the time this baby is born. I had not planned on having more kids and (oops) here I am. Is it okay to have another baby shower? I don`t know the sex of this baby yet (if the matters for your answer).

Erics Girl - 68 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Have another shower i woutld i dont think it matters how many kids you have!!! lol

Spike - 69 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) yeah id deffinatly have another shower! it will be great fun for you and your older girls, my mum did for us when she was having my lil brother and sister, and it made us feel like we had more to do with the baby cause we were he special helpers (and we got to open all the presents!)

jasklihani - 69 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had three baby showers! My first was for my twins (I have twin girls, too!). And then, 4.5 years later, I had another baby shower for my son. Then, another 4.5 years after that, I got pregnant again (surprise, surprise!) and had yet another shower. I got rid of all my baby things after each baby b/c I wasn't planning on having anymore. So, all my family and friends were happy to help us! I didn't hear any complaints from any of the guests -- instead, everyone had a lot of fun! P.S. Watch out in another 4.5 years -- you may be following my trend :)

agonzales - 69 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I also say yes. I see nothing wrong with celebrating every baby that comes into this world.

momof3plus2 - 69 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I too think that every baby should get a shower, regardless if you have had one in the past. If someone doesn't agree that went to your first shower than thats fine and they dont have to attend this one, but I cant see anyone having a problem with it. Good luck and congrats!

rvblessed - 69 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i would say of course, here in houston every baby gets a shower.

dawnispregz - 69 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I would have thought so yeah - if you feel a little guilty by classing it as a shower, then say to the people that were present at the first one that its not officially a baby shower as you know things are expensive, its a baby shower/get together before youre social diminishes again!!If they turn up with pressies then great if not then they were there to celebrate your pregnancy anyways x x

blessedmom - 69 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Every child is special and should be celebrated nevermind the gender or the time that pass between pregnancy. Personnaly I think you have more reason than most to have one for its been a while since your twins and you are probably missing key items for the new little one. I would go a head and have a baby shower!!
