hi im 16 weeks pregnant with my first and have not yet felt my baby. how far along were you with your first when you felt him/her and what did it feel like??

amygirl22 - 72 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I think my doctors are off on my dates bc I felt the baby move around 12-13 weeks. & it started kicking around 16 weeks. I'm 18 weeks now. This is my first child so I dont think I should've felt it soo soon. We'll see I guess.

dannie - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I felt my baby kick at around week 18, but it wasn't until week 20 that I was absolutely sure that was what I felt. In the beginning it is such a faint kick and it can go unnoticed.

made2bmom - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had my first ultrasound in week 18 and felt the baby move later that day, but then it was a couple of weeks before I really felt him moving on a regular basis. That's pretty average.

jessicadarling - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I was in my 16th week when i for sure felt the baby move. I had been feeling this feeling for a while but just disregarded it until one day I realized this flutter was the baby. Once I realized it was the baby I noticed her moving a lot more because I knew what to look for or expect

dawnispregz - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) im having my first and i asked the same question too - its totally normal to not feel the baby early on with the first pregnancy. Im 23 weeks and only just started feeling him kick now, and also if the placenta is on the front wall then itll be a bit longer as the placenta will absorb the kicks initally . i saw him kicking the crap outta me on my 2o week scan but couldnt feel it at all, youll be fine x x x

SRHMKP - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) WITH MY 1ST IT TOOK FOREVER TO FEEL HER AND WITH MY 2ND IT WAS VERY EARLY AND NOW ON MY 3RD I STARTED FEELING REAL KICKS AT ABOUT 17/18 WEEKS.

Allioop - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I felt mine at 16 weeks. But it's not uncommon for first time moms to not be able to feel baby until 18-20 weeks. Movements at 16 weeks feel like flutters--like when you have butterflies in your stomach!

Spike - 73 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i could feel luka at around 16 weeks, kinda just felt like it dies when your realy hungry and your tummy rumbles. After 18 weeks i could clearly feel him moving and kicking. HOwever drs say that it can take up till week 22 before some people feel anything, this is due to placentas being in the way.

EniChan - 73 days ago Rating: 3 (1 votes) i had flutters at 15 weeks and kicks from week 16. but everyone is different.

Teenmommy2b - 73 days ago Rating: 1 (1 votes) I first felt mine at about 15wks it didn't feel like the babies at first but its like a little flutter. You'll kno it. Its ok you'll feel him/her soon. :) our due dates are 2days apart :) lol
