I like to drink at least one or two caffiene free soda, like ginger ale or sprite daily should I be ok. It seem to calm my stomach when it`s upset.

amber325 - 66 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I drink lots of normal soda everyday and usually have 1 cup of coffee daily as well. The Dr. said it is fine.

2b - 66 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) perfectly fine!

brittany1621 - 66 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I drank soda in the beginning of my pregnancy to sooth my stomach too. I stopped drinking it years ago, but for some reason during pregnancy the carbonation just made the all day nausea feel much better. I started having one or two a day and the weight started coming on strong! I am normally a very tiny person. The downfall is that I have to say I can blame the soda I drank for a good 5 or 6 extra pounds I gained. Once I stopped drinking it I gained weight much more moderately! I should have known better. But at the time it felt right...Congrats on your pregnancy!

Allioop - 66 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) There is no concern when it comes to caffeine free soda. The only thing I would look out for is the empty calories! But if you need it to settle your stomach at this point, then go for it! Ginger ale helped me a little bit. What I really like to drink is lemonade. Lemons have that soothing anti-nausea property plus it's a little sour which also helps settle the stomach.

Spike - 66 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i found that ginger ale helps me too, but it deos make me thirtyer too. just be sure to drink enough water and youll be fine

everythingX2 - 67 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) u can have up to 300mg of caffine a day while prego! 1 can of normal coke has approx 30mg of caffine so if ur on caffine free then a couple a day shouldnt harm u at all. maybe give u gas or heartburn cause of the bubbles (thats what i found anyway) but ur ok to drink it. just make sure u drink plenty of water or diluted juice or fruit juice if ur not a fan of water as the bubbles can help dehydrate u a little faster.

Nene - 67 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) That should be okay as long as you are drinking at least 6 glasses of water daily too. I drink about 4 glasses of water.
