Heartburn in pregnancy and baby?

Is it true if you have really bad heartburn that your baby will be born with a lot of hair? Experiences? COMMENT PLEASE! :)

Amanda.M - 68 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) its a big myth and thats all it is,loads of women get heartburn and every babe comes out different,i had heartburn soo bad with all 4 of my pregs to the point my mouth was watering up all the time and all mine had little to no hair.

moms the word - 70 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had lots of heartburn and my daughter had loads and loads of hair but my neighbor had heartburn just as badly as me and her babies are always bald. I don't put any stock in the old wives tales cause every woman is different.

kater - 70 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i never had heartburn with my daughter, and she was born with LOOOOOONG white hair. it was so cute, it was about 5 cm long, all over her head, and stuck straight up. it never fell out and just got longer and longer, staying straight up until it got too heavy -around 10 or so cm. this time, i have had heartburn, so who knows what this bub will look like

SoGreatful - 71 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I was wondering the same thing. I have really bad heartburn no matter what i eat(but really bad at night). I got some meds form my dr today because its so bad. I had an ultrasound about two weeks and and the ultrasound tech said "this is going to be a hairy one" lol (i didnt ask her anything about the hair before she said that). But everyone i talk to says its true. I'm hoping so, cause im having a girl !! lol

I had never heard of this before a couple weeks ago when some co-workers were talking about it, and it all was true for them. I really don't know medically if its proven or not, but it seems to be the general rule.
