anyone start taking primrose caps at 34 wks how did it go for you!

Please all women who have in previous pregnancies took primrose cabs from 34 wks on! Only women that have took from 34 on comment me plz how did go for you tell me your experience thanx! xxx

summerisis - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I took 1000 mg of primrose orally and 1000 mg vaginally -- i never effaced -- which is what it's used for. ~~~> ;)

kater - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my OB told me is was safe to take orally from 34 weeks and internally from 36. it has an ingredient which softens and ripens the cervix -like sperm, sorry TMI-, so you are preparing your body for labor, NOT BRINGING IT ON!!! its wont put you into labor!!! i wish people would stop saying this, as i asked this a few weeks ago, and people thought i was trying to bring on labor, which i wasn't. i want a healthy baby, not a too early one. i wish people would only answer these things if they actually know something about them...:( sorry-venting

Debra - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I think you asked this last week and I said you shouldn't start taking it until you are at least term at 37 weeks. Are you trying to induce early labor and have your baby end up in NICU?

Spike - 101 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) did nothin for me! i started at 35, ended up being induced at 36 anyway, however i have heard of its succses, but a birth before 36 weeks is very risky you shouldnt be doing it yet, if it does work for you and you do go into premature labour your baby could need to be in the special care nursery for a while
