on average 6 months but ites not uncommon to start as ear as 4 months or as late as 8 moonths, if by 8 months there are no teeth id get it cheacked out. the main things that influence this are how much calcuim rich foods you ate in pregnancy and weather you breast fed, bottle fed or combined the two.
babies who are fed breast milk only get their teeth a little later than average (tho sometimes not) and babies fed on formula get theirs a little earlier. every baby is differnt however and 6 months is only the average.

the average is 6 months for tooth eruption and bottom teeth come in first. My son started excessive drooling at 2 months and had teething pain from 4-6 months. At 6 months his first tooth erupted.

i didnt even know my baby was teething until i saw a tooth. he wasnt fussy. he got his first bottom one at exactly 5 months and the second one 3 days later. at 7 months he got his top two teeth and he had a much harder time with the pain, and he didnt sleep good during the night for a week.

I think it really does depend on the baby. My daughter got her first front two teeth and 5 months and had a full a set by the time she was one. My friends little boy has just turned 2 and he still hasn't got all of his teeth. (still only the front ones) But my little girl is now 5 and a half and has already got her first two adult teeth so i really do think it just depends. They all get them in the end so try not to worry. Hope this helps a bit. xx
