personality changes during late pregnancy?

i am nearly 37 weeks pregnant, and EVERYTHING is bugging me. i have no patience with anything anymore, i get frustrated easily, i feel so huge, i dont want to go out places, because even my maternity clothes dont fit nicely anymore, and i dont want to buy more, cause its only gonna fit for a few weeks. people have said so many unkind comments about the changes in my body. im upset with the dog, because she keeps digging holes, i dont know if im over reacting, but i just feel so tense and anxious about everything in general. im really over everything at the moment, my poor hubby is being very patient, but i feel guilty for being this way. its only been in the last week or so, usually im really together, calm so this is has really thrown me. anyone else feel totally out of character in pregnancy?
