I have been getting period like pains mostly at night, they come and go but are not regular, I have sharp pains sometimes, how do you know if it is the start of labour or if its just bh

Keyonsmami - 97 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Normally if you are in labor the contractions will be at regular intervals and will not stop if you change position and will get stronger and stronger hope this helps

Spike - 97 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) could be both..... bh were worse at night with me, and i found that during the day i was getting real contractions if i was trying to do too much.

terriamy - 98 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I would say they could possibly be bh you still have a few weeks to go so your body may be preparing itself x However If the pains become stronger and more and more frequent and regular then maybe time to nip off to thw hospital x

wilsonwilson - 98 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hi, with my first I woke up very early and went for a poo which is not normal as I can't do one of those without a cup of tea first. It is normal for you to empty your bowels before you go into labour. I woke with pains with my second one and then emptied my bowels straight from waking which again was not normal for me and then the pains were regular and and I could count the contraction times. I hope I have been of some help to you and if you have any questions mail me and I will help you as much as I can x
