femi - 134 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I experienced similar period-like cramps and aches and it turned out to be a bladder infection. I was about 13 or 14 weeks pregnant.

kitkatb - 135 days ago thanks to everyone for your tips/knowledge!!!

moms the word - 135 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My doc always said it was just things stretching and not to worry unless I had bleeding, fever or very intense/acute pain. Take a warm bath and drink plenty of water. You can also take tylenol as directed on the bottle with no ill effects for the baby. Good luck and sorry to hear that you are hurting.

amira121 - 136 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) If you are less then 14 weeks pregnant and feel such symptoms then it is better to notify your Dr. (To ease your worries a bit.) and request a checkup. It may be harmless and ligaments stretching as stated by a previous responder but at this early a stage precaution is the key. It is very easy to miscarry before 14 wks and also wise to make sure that your not optopic. Good luck dear, It sounds like ligaments stretching is all.

kenty - 136 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) it's probably just ligaments stretching but i would use a soothing hot water bottle to ease the cramps and give the midwife a call just in case as you can never be too careful!
