I remember cramping between 6-7 weeks. As long as there isn't vaginal bleeding or unusual discharge and / or unusual symptoms, you should be fine. Also, I experienced cramping around 13-14 weeks, and it turned out to be a bladder infection. Either way, you can call your OBGYN, if you have one now, and ask just to be on the safe side.

as long as the cramping is not constant it is probably fine. as others suggested it is probably related to your bowels and you should drink plenty of water and eat fiber to stay regular. you may also get cramping in your abdomen which is also normal as long as no bleeding and again its not constant. congrats on your pregnancy!

It sounds like some of the cramping is being caused by slow-moving bowels and constipation. This is absolutely normal and is caused by increased progesterone production in the 1st trimester. The hormone progesterone relaxes the intestines making food move through much more slowly and that can cause painful bowel movements and cramping. One way to help this is by drinking LOTS of water. If you can't stomach water right now try to find some other fluid you can drink plenty of. If you still have trouble, you can ask your Dr. to give you a prenatal vitamin with a stool softener in it!
But don't be concerned- Unless your cramping is accompanied by bleeding or fever or severe pain on one side-if that happens call your Dr. ASAP! Good luck!

The cramping is normal from what i know..just as long as its not followed by heavy bleeding or spotting and severe back pain..Your uterus is contracting (growing) you'll be fine your just pregnant.
