aulrobbri - 86 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Just do a little bit at a time. Remember, you are pumping 50% more blood than usual. not to mention it is sooo HOT

kater - 87 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) well at 29 weeks, you are in the third trimester, where i found i got so much more tired that i had been for the whole rest of the pregnancy. maybe get you iron levels checked, mine were very low at this stage, and this was contributing to my lack of energy. once i started taking iron, i felt soo much better! bub is having a huge growth spurt at the moment, so they are taking a lot out of you, so make sure you are eating well, and do some walking as the others sugested, its great for so many reasons, it makes you feel good, it keeps you fit which is really important for the birth, it can help bub engage in later months, and it has been shown that a mother who exercises in pregnancy's children in later years tend to be healthier than those from mothers who didnt exercise.

kbushby - 87 days ago well thanks ladies.. i should try getting my booty up and walking!

Debra - 87 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) walking always makes me feel refreshed as it releases natural endorphans. I try to eat well, no greasy food and drink rooibos tea with yerbe mate when i get really tired.

jaydsmom - 87 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I find going for a nice walk helps. Sometimes I am so wiped I think that I can't possibly go, but about 5 min into it I start to feel better and by the end I feel way better.
