I am stressin! I went for my routine ob visit and my doc said the baby was measuring small and she wants me to go for a level 2 ultrasound and get the weekly biophysical profile thingy done. Anyone else gone through this? How is it done? Should I be worried?

mommyoftwo* - 46 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i had this twce a week with my daughter its just an ultrasound and i had to do a none stress test too with it. basically its just laying around for a good hour while someone plays around with the baby lol. i made a photo album with all the ultrasounds i got from it. its fun to look back at how she grew when she was inside me. good luck and dont worry!!!

julianna - 46 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had to have weekly biophysicals. It is an ultrasound where they measure baby (just like the level 2 u/s) and check for movements, practice breathing, etc. It is pretty routine when baby is either big or small or if you have a complication that warrants closer monitoring. Don't be scared. You get to see your baby every week :)
