yes it helped alot to ease my mind..thank you...i have another question i have a little cold for 5 days now and i be terrified to cough or sneeze...am not harming the baby in anyway right..?lol

Spike - 50 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) your baby is compleatly safe and very secure inside you. your cold cant hurt the baby and can evn be benificial to it as your imunities will be the babies at birth. make sure you drink plenty of water and if you have a temperature take some paracetemol (tylanol) to bring it down.

dawnispregz - 50 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Not hurting the baby at all, so dont worry about it. The baby is in the safest place in the world, tucked up nice and warm surrounded by muscle and miles of intestine etc. I know what its like to be nervous as i was when i forst became pregnant, but i began to realise that babies are more resilient than what i gave him credit for! Sneezing, coughing, hiccups etc are normal bodily functions and totally fine. The baby even hiccups later in pregnancy when drinks too much amnio fluid! X x

sexymummy - 51 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i wudnt worry hun. babys are likely to kick when you cough or sneeze

professorpreggers - 51 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) You're not going to hurt your baby by doing either of those things. I know how much you must be worrying as I think I'm the most nervous pregnant woman ever. I'm always convinced that I've done something wrong, gotten food poisoning or worse—the end result is I have made myself sick with worry and sometimes cried myself to sleep over the baby. Please try to talk yourself out of these little worries otherwise it's going to be a painfully long pregnancy with many more things to worry about. As far as your cold, it might get uncomfortable a little later on in the pregnancy to cough or sneeze--try supporting your belly with one hand-you'll feel less impact on your muscle wall. Good luck hon, and please try not to torture yourself--I know it's hard;)

Debra - 51 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) no. Later in your pregnancy if your abdominal muscles get separated it might be uncomfortable (for you), but that's all. Please read my VIP site as it has much info on it to help you prepare for baby and how to help your body feel better as you get bigger.

Mrs.M.H. - 51 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Oh, goodness no, hun! You are fine with coughing and sneezing! That is so sweet of you to worry so much but it isn't something to worry about:) All that movement is about the same as say getting on your pants. All that you are doing is tightening your ads and holding things a bit firmer for a moment:) It is a good thing and natural. Just don't go running a marathon,(unless you are normally into heavier activity) anything thing that you would normally do should be fine.Eg. Sneezing;)

moms the word - 51 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Coughing and sneezing feel weird but you are not hurting your baby.
