For newborns, Is it okay to dress up in the onesies or do you start off with the side snap on shirts so you won`t hurt the belly stump??

I dont think it bothered the stump at all,the nurses never said NOT to use them and while in the hospital when they dressed her, she wore a regular baby tee.. i think u'll be fine with a regular onesie or whatever kind u want to use

moms the word - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) With my daughter, I used both. As long as it is not tight fitting or rubbing on the stump, your baby should be fine.
