What happens to your body when you quit breastfeeding? Example: cramps? fatigue? Anything?

captshelley - 39 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I BFed for 7 months but I slowly quit from exclusively to a few times a day, then to a couple times a day then to one time a day. Then I quit BFing last week and I haven't been engorged, leaked or become uncomfortable. My baby still reached for my boobs which is the hardest part for me but my milk supply just couldn't keep up with her.

Katiebug - 39 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I just had sore, sometimes leaky, bb's.

BarbieBlonde19 - 39 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Well, your period should start maybe not right away but soon after.

Mrs.M.H. - 39 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I've heard of cramps and stuff like you asked but I didn't notice anything really. Just sore bb's for a couple of days, and maybe a bit of fatigue. It really isn't anything I would consider to be hard to go through. At least physically it's no trouble, sometimes though, you might feel like you should be doing something and you are doing it, you know what I mean? I did get more time to do other things, that was great! Good luck!
