tonya- - 122 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i sleep side to side also i use a body belly to support my belly and i put it between my legs then i have another one that i put up agaist my back that helps me best of luck

moms the word - 122 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Get a body pillow and alternate sleeping on either side. Toward the end of my pregnancy last time, I could only sleep partially sitting up in a recliner. Good luck and I hope you get some sleep.

dawnispregz - 122 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) the best position to sleep in is whatever you can actually get a good nights rest in. As you get heavier and further on in the pregnancy, its hard to sleep comfortably, i use my maternity pillow that i slip under my bump and inbetween my legs for full support, if you dont have one then i suggest you buy one as its fabulous. If you feel dizzy and lightheaded/sick when you lay on your back or the right hand side its because you are cutting off the main blood flow to your aeorta, i know this sounds horrible but your body tells you in enough time that you need to move round and change postion so dont worry that you are hurting your baby because your not at all. Docs/m.wives suggest laying on the left hand side to avoid this but some people,-like me- cant physically sleep on their left. If you do lay on your back put a pillow under your legs to lift them up that eases the arch under your back and helps the pain. Good luck x x

agonzales - 122 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I sleep on my sides. Mostly comfortable on my right but I use my body pillow between my legs and supporting my belly.
