how do i tell if i am pregnant while breastfeeding?

I had sex 6 weeks after I had my daughter. I was on the pill, but I conceived on the pill with my daughter. How can I tell if I am pregnant again since I am breastfeeding. My breast are sensitive and large, I am tired, and get slightly naucous, but all that could also be because I am breastfeeding a 2 1/2 month old. How do I tell other than a pgny test? Thoughts?
