dawnispregz - 118 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i didnt feel anything properly till about 22wks, and now its non stop! the baby is small at this stage and she maybe kicking you just may not feel it, i went for the 20wk scan and he was kicking the crap outta me but because he was on his tummy i couldnt feel a thing, but i could certainly see him being active.soooo bizarre. every child is different and when it gets to the point of counting how many times a day she kicks, dont worry if she hasnt moved through the day, she maybe a night owl! and vice versa, i was speaking to my midwife yesterday about the same thing and said he has moved loads and done somersaults but not many kicks but thats ok too, as the somersaults is counted as a movement it doesnt have to be a kick or punch. But dont worry babes, your baby is small, and if your placenta is on the front wall that will absorb most of the pressure.

I freaked out completely! but my doctor said it totally normal..... try remember that most people don't feel any movement till 22weeks at all!

Mrs.M.H. - 119 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Okay, I think it is great you are paying attention, but not to worry just yet. They are still small at this stage and might be hard to feel really well sometimes. As others have said they have lazy days and my boy would sometimes go for three days with out hardly moving. Like when they are growing up they have spurts of energy and spurts of sleepiness and eating binges. They do it from the moment they are conceived. Take a couple of hours tonight or something and just concentrate on feeling her it could take a while and find something to eat or drink during this time that might get her going. and give it time. Even now at 29 weeks my boy has days of quiet and days of beating me up and others of just gental nudging. Try to relax and if you are are still very concerned call your doc for some more advice. Hugs, good luck!

mrs mommy - 119 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Don't worry baby is probably having what they say a "lazy day". Have you been moving around a lot? Like working, school, cleaning.. Whatever? The more you move the less you feel baby, because movement (and sex) can rock the baby to sleep. You can try drinking orange juice, and lay on your side.. Also I have heard, drink a soda and a candy bar, the sugar livens them up! Try increasing your water intake. Also, if baby is deep in your pelvis or not so much to the surface of your tummy, you won't feel baby move as often.. Don't worry baba! But just to be on the safe side, if you're still worried, call your dr or on call nurse. They usually tell me to monitor baby 2ce a day, within those two monitors baby should move 6x's each. Try eating and drinking something cold/sweet and lay down on your side.. God Bless

momof3plus2 - 119 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) beleive it or not it is pretty common to get freaked out for not feeling them for that amount of time. Im sure everything is fine though. Try eating something sweet, drinking a glass of water, and laying on your left side. If after 30-45 minutes, if you still dont feel anything, you could call your doc just to see what he says. its pretty common though and yes i know how you feel it is enough to freak you out! Good Luck!

Its-Chelle - 119 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) the best thing to do is to call your doctor and tell them whats going on, let the docs decide what you should do
