I was 15 weeks and I had HORRIBLE back pain, it didnt matter whether I sat with pillows behind my back, or layed or stood, it hurt really bad that I woould cry. After ultrasounds, blood work, pee test and back examinations, internal exams they decided I just did something funky to a muscle. So it was not 'normal', but not bad either

yes its normal. Adjust your position. When you get further along, you may want to wear a maternity belt which will help lift and support the weight of your growing uterus. Pain is something you can expect to go along with pregnancy. It doesn't stop either. Its part of being a mom. After pregnancy, you have pain because you may round your shoulders hunching over your baby while feeding, bending, carrying them for long periods of time. See my VIP site for tips to help you through this pregnancy and after.

Hey!! congrats on the pregnancy! I just wanted to let you know that this is very normal.. with your baby getting bigger she or he is applying more pressure on the lower spine At this point your baby and uterus are now above the belly button, get ready for more of these pains.. and deff more back pain!
Congratts again hun!!
