pintpot - 1281 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hi, you sound like your kinda having pain in the same place as me, mines more of a burning pain like the stretching pains I got in my lower belly, I called my midwife this morning she said it not to worry unless I get strong cramping or bleeding at this stage. I'm so paraniod about going into early labour thought it was supposed to be more relaxing after 24 weeks. Good luck if your really worried ring midwife/doc or go to the doc/A+E just to be safe than sorry. x

EniChan - 1283 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) sounds like braxton hicks to me... its training contractions for labour and nothing to worry about

katznkt - 1283 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I dunno, im no expert, but the tightening and releasing high on the tummy is how I would describe what my braxton hicks used to feel like, which were sometimes quite uncomfortable. Later in your pregnancy it isnt completely unusual to feel generally icky. I dunno. See a doctor if you feel concerned, or at least call them and see what they say, especially if the pain doesnt go away if you drink water and lay down.

CassandraLee - 1283 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Could be from your organs shifting upwards as your baby and ueterus take up more of your abdomen. I had alot of rib paid when I was prenant with my son. It is possbile for the shifting of stuff, or babies kick, to cause a fractured rib. Could also be braxton hicks. Dehydration can cause braxton hicks and an overall sick feeling. Try laying down and drink lots of water.

mrs mommy - 1283 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The tightening and releasing sounds like, contractions, or.... braxton hicks. Call your doctor, it can be ligaments... anything.. But be safe and who knows.. Maybe they know how to make it go away and fast! Sounds annoying I am very sorry you have to deal with it..
