I have done alot of research, and used it in tea form while pregnant with my daughter. From what I have learned, the rasberry tea leaves wont cause you to go into labor, it just tones and prepares your uterus. It is as good and healthy to drink it week one of pregnancy as it is at the end and even afterward. Def drink it, it taste great, and is useful, but it wont cause you to have your baby the next day or anything. But it might help to start to dialate and efface. The best way to stimulate labor is sex, long walks, and castor oil... although the later didnt work at all for me and i dont recommend because the experience was horrible

I got an email yesterday from a company that makes herbal products etc and they say it helps to ripen the uterus. Who knows if it makes a difference? During pregnancy you are supposed to stay away from so many herbs that I am surprised they dont reccomend you take them as you get closer
