OKAY...SO I HAVE A FEELING I MAY HAVE BEEN CONFUSING BHICKS WITH BABY ROLLING BUT NOT FOR SURE. I AM 35 WEEKS. AND EVERYTIME MY STOMACH GETS REAL TIGHT..I ALWAYS JUST FIGURE ITS THE BABY DOING A ROLL...BUT IS THIS POSSIBLY A CONTRACTION...I AM SO NEW TO THIS AND CLULESS

briesmommy - 107 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i thought my little one was rolling the first time around as well, and in fact i was in labor and 3 to 4 cm. if it keeps up, you may wanna go in to get monitored.

My BH's seem to come on more at night when I'm trying to relax and my husband laughs at the weird shape my belly goes into. Sometimes mine are every fifteen minutes or so and I begin to think it's the real thing and then they stop. You will know when it's proper contractions as you start to get a dull pain which is similar to period pain and makes you feel a bit restless and uncomfortable. Good luck for the next 5 weeks and hope you have a quick labour and delivery. Ally xx

jodiie - 108 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) oh hun i was the same still am! i find it unberleavably hard telling the difference between a BH and the baby i actually asked the exact same question.. im 33 weeks now and i think i know the difference with a bh like kayleen said your whole tummy gets hard but then i thought well .. 99% of my tummy was hard and only 1% soft... its still more than likely a BH the baby does grow big but not as big as you entire stomache i think your having BH this is my first baby so i know how you are feeling TRUST ME lol buti wouldnt say if i wasnt sure... i think its a BH good luck!!! x..(they only get stronger lol !)

kayleen - 108 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Here is how to tell. If it is a BH contraction your entire stomack will get hard. Not just where the baby is lying. If your baby is just rolling around you will only feel the tightness where his body is. So press around on your stmach with your fingers and feel for softness. If you fin areas of your stomach that are soft, the baby is just lying somewhere else. If you press around and can't find anywhere on your belly that is soft, you are having a BH. Hope that helps =)
