Its pressure on your perinium from the extra weight and from your body preparing to deliver a baby. At 34 weeks and until delivery you're going to experience alot of discomforts.

Sounds normal, it sounds to be your loose ligaments in your pelvis are causing all the trouble and baby getting to be lower and heavier it adds to the pressure you are having to indure. I didn't get it really bad last time until late like you but this time it started earlier and I expect it will get worse for me. I feel for you but after baby is here it will go away and it will be really well worth the while. Try sitting to put on pants and socks ect. Walking is supposed to help build the muscles to support the pelvis but if it is making day to day functioning impossible ask your doc to see if you can get a pelvic support belt from a local physio. place to help you. Your see if there is any other possible reasons for the pain. Hang in there just a bit more to go. Good luck!

When I was pregnant with my first daughter I had god awful pains like stabbing of a knife 'down there' The doctorr said walking would help, but im pretty sure walking made them worse. So i think rest and extra water works better then anything else. My girlfrind told me to try kegels more often, she says that really helped her. i dont know but its worth the try i guess. good luck those paind suck so bad!!

My dr. said it was stretching and the pressure from the baby. Unfortunately it's normal. One good thing, you don't have too much longer. Good luck to you!
