MzMommy2B - 84 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I hate milk, and did while pregnant as well but i found that i was able to drink chocolate milk. Try that

amygirl22 - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I used to do the same thing. But after a while I was able to eat/drink milk products again.

mummychell - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) im 31 weeks pregnant and have not been able to tolerate any milk or dairy products at all since getting pregnant i was worried about the amount of calcium i was getting but there is alot of calcium hidden in some foods and if you are taking vitamins there is often calcium in them too good luck

Lorien - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have known a lot of people who can't drink milk while pregnant. Don't worry about it though, you can get more calcium from Dark greens like turnip greens, kale and collard greens. Although milk contains lots of calcium once it is pasteurized it is in a form your body has a difficult time absorbing and so it just passes through your system. I have also heard of people who want to drink milk during pregnancy so they do what spencerbaby1 said and make it chocolate.

spencerbaby1 - 85 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) hmm, perhaps you should speak to your doctor/midwife etc. can you have dairy in any other form? i can't drink white milk so i have been drinking chocolate milk to try and get enough calcium... yogurt gives me super bad heartburn so i avoid that too.
