I had this sensation a couple of times nursing my first two babies; my lactation consultant told me that it could be caused by changes in my breast as it adjusted to the amount of milk needed. The glands there do change on a continual basis to adjust to your baby's needs, and because when you're nursing you are acutely aware of sensations there, you're feeling it.

Probably just your milk letting down. No worries.

Hi, I'm also breastfeeding at the moment (baby is 3 weeks old this week) and also get tingeling feelings in both my nippels, I started to realize that I get them around feeding time every 2-3 hours, it's like a signal to me that baby needs his feed, I don't think that you should worry, my breastfeeding consultant told me that it's normal.
