Harpchick - 1251 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I had this sensation a couple of times nursing my first two babies; my lactation consultant told me that it could be caused by changes in my breast as it adjusted to the amount of milk needed. The glands there do change on a continual basis to adjust to your baby's needs, and because when you're nursing you are acutely aware of sensations there, you're feeling it.

Bienks - 1251 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hi, I'm also breastfeeding at the moment (baby is 3 weeks old this week) and also get tingeling feelings in both my nippels, I started to realize that I get them around feeding time every 2-3 hours, it's like a signal to me that baby needs his feed, I don't think that you should worry, my breastfeeding consultant told me that it's normal.
