I have pain and a lot of pressure in my vagina when I stand up or try to walk. Do you think it means baby is getting ready to come? i`m a little nervous now.
I am only 34 weeks.

I've been feeling that for the last few weeks, and I still have 2-3 weeks to go. As others said, it's the pressure from the baby's head.

When the baby turns and becomes head down, which can happen even earlier than you are, you notice the pressure a LOT more. Granted you can ask the doctor and see if the baby's dropped, but it's probably just now in the right position.

I had pain and pressure down there for the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy and actually went past my due date. I wouldn't worry the baby is just probably getting into position.

the baby is just getting lower into the birthing position, this is very normal towards the end and isnt an indication that hse will be here any day now. So dont worry, babys just getting ready!

sounds like baby is engaged, that happens early sometimes, mine engaged at 34weeks and still not here yet(am nearly 38weeks) so wouldn't worry

I wouldn't get too worried. I am 37 weeks tomorrow, and have been having that for weeks. When I complained to the ob, she said it was normal from the pressure the baby is putting on you. Hitting nerves and stuff. It has almost brought me to tears on occasion. Now my vajj is very swollen from all the pressure :(
