I have been weaning my 6 month old baby off of breastfeeding. The problem is since I have been feeding alot more formula than usual, I noticed his cheeks are getting red and blotchy after his feedings. This never happened before, and I have been using the same kind of formula, the only difference is he has been drinking it almost every feeding this week. Before he only had formula occasionally. So, could this be an allergic reaction? He is acting fine

The soy will help if he's reacting to the cows milk in the formula, and the gentlease would help if it's because there's too much for his belly to break down, since the gentlease is already parially broken down. I have had my son on soy since we started switching him over from breast to bottle, and soy is the only thing he didn't react to!

juels101 - 1227 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It could be a small allergic reaction, try another kind and see if it helps.
