Can sex REALLY jump start you labor?

earthmomma - 1225 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) the sperm is a natural prostaglandin. it helps to soften your cervix, which usually will help you go into labor. but it won't do this unless your body is already ready. so thats why it is safe to have sex throughout pregnancy and also why some people say it didnt work for them. their body wasnt ready yet. if yours is ready, then it will probly help move things along.
