You want to make sure that you not having any back pain, or cramps along with the pink spotting. This could be an indication of a early MC. If you notice the pink becomming darker in color or increasing then you want to speak to your doctor. My MC started off a baby pink for one day and then kept getting darker in color untill it was bright red. I also had bad tummy pains the day before the pink. What you should do is make sure your not lifting anything heavy, and laying down with your feet up. Just take it easy and continue taking your prenatal vitamins. - best of luck!

antsmom - 1209 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hi Kattie. It is possible that if you are due for your period around this time, you may be having a chemical pregnancy where you were pregnant long enough to get a positive on a home pregnancy test but for whatever reason, it isn't taking and you are the pink discharge is your period getting ready to start. If the pink discharge is very light and stops in 3 to 4 days, it could be implantation bleeding from the egg borrowing into your uterus. Either way, you should contact your doctor and get an appt. to find out what is going on. Good luck!
