My daugher had them ALL the time. About every 2 hours. At first I thought it was soooo cute. By the end i was so annoyed by them haha. I was annoyed the same way I am when I get a constant twitch in my eyelid because it feels the same!

yes theyre practicing breathing with the fluid. its also normal for new babies to get hiccups sometimes frequently, i only added this because my baby had hiccups constantly when i was pregnant with her, and when she was first born she had them alot as well, but they are getting much less frequent now.
