I am 31.5 weeks and my baby gets hiccups 2-4 times a day is this normal?

dawnispregz - 386 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) hiccups are good, baby practising breathing, so its fine. i spoke to paediatricain as my lil boy still has them every day at 3 weeks old and he said they dont hurt at all, just may get annoyed with them! x x

jessicadarling - 386 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My daugher had them ALL the time. About every 2 hours. At first I thought it was soooo cute. By the end i was so annoyed by them haha. I was annoyed the same way I am when I get a constant twitch in my eyelid because it feels the same!

courtenay - 386 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) yes theyre practicing breathing with the fluid. its also normal for new babies to get hiccups sometimes frequently, i only added this because my baby had hiccups constantly when i was pregnant with her, and when she was first born she had them alot as well, but they are getting much less frequent now.

sexymummy - 386 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) this is normal because the baby drinks the amniotic fluid xx

alethea - 386 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Perfectly normal! When i was preg my baby got them no less than 3 times a day. She is now 17 days old and still gets them :)
