I measured 3 weeks ahead my entire pregnancy starting at 5 months. I was hoping this meant baby would be early. Afraid not. I was a week overdue measuring at 44 weeks at that point.

I too have measured big. At 22wks I was measuring 27wks. I have many u/s through this pregnancy and they come up with MY dates. I have a rather large placenta and the Doc' ( Ob') said that that is why I measure on the larger side and not to be concerned. Maybe you have a big placenta too?

yes it has happened to me...a few times... i have two doctors...one for Gestational Diebities and my reg obgyn...the ob said i was messuring 38 weeks at 34... and the other the next day said i was 35... i asked her and she said there is no way i was measuring 38 weeks... she said that it is not a very accurate way to measure unless its an ultrasound...but i would say for you, that 30 weeks is a big jump and you are probably measuring big, even if it isnt that big of a jump because i doubt they would measure that big of a mistake...so you prolly are measuring a lil big,... congrats thats good news! =)
