my lactation nurse recommended fenugreek. the more research i did on it i found that taking blessed thistle with the fenugreek may help. well i went and bought the blessed thistle yesterday and on the bottle it says not for lactating women! but alot of products that claim to help with supply says it contains blessed thistle! now im confused. does anyone know anything about these two herbs and taking them together or anyone that does take them both?

kater - 1188 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) they are both very common herbs for increasing supply. blessed thistle hasnt been well studied, which is why it said on the bottle not to take it, but women have used it for thousands of years for increasing their milk supply.
