Hello, I have read online that nausea can occur during the third trimester. It seems to happen in the morning or late at night when i go to lie down. I end up coughing and then well...i am sure you can understand what happens next. Has anyone else experienced this? I am wondering if the cough has anything to do with where he is laying. I see my doc tomorrow and my gyno on Friday. I am sure it is normal but ugh..

It will also push up the acids in your tummy and can create the coughing. I end up having to go to sleep slightly upright! Not to much you can do except sleep slightly elevated. I also found that ginger bread at bedtime helps a little.

It was because I was struggling to get more air in my body--lying down wasn't allowing as much air in my lungs as sitting up. So for a week or so i slept in a recliner until baby dropped--then I could breathe again, eat closer to bed and no more acid reflux. Not sure if this is even close to what you are feeling...good luck! Gotta love being pregnant!!
