So I just had my second baby. I`m really concerned he has thrush. It`s not uncomfortable or anything but his tounge is completly white and now i`m starting to notice white starting on the inside of his lips...is there anything I can do for him until monday when we go to the doctors...is it dangerous!?

My sisters baby had this she use to massage my nephews toungs with a warm cloth. thats all until you go to the doc. it will spread all over his mouth if you dont. good luck!

ive heard that giving him a pacifier/dummy can help to rid the thrush of mouth. also as below sterilise everything b4 and after

It can be painful for baby if it goes untreated. Since you are going to doc on Monday, just watch him closely to make sure he isn't in pain and sterilize everything before and after it is in his mouth. Wash his hands often too.

my son had that. i am pretty sure it is not dangerous the main thing is keep everything he puts in his mouth sanitized... boil the nipples of bottles after he eats out of them and his pacifiers very often. that is all i know. my son got it over and over a couple of times it can be hard to get rid of but its not to dangerous

hi,my daughter had thrush and it got so bad had to take her to the er it was on the roof of her mouth and on the sides,it is not dangerous but it can be verry painful if it gets as bad as my daughters did.Also when you get the meds for it I didn't realize I should of waited 30 minutes after she ate and she got it a second time due to me not knowing about the wait.Hope this helps you out.

If your breastfeeding he can give it to you, I had it, it was super painful. I had to pump, it returned 3 times my supply dropped and I wasn't producing any milk. The Dr. can give you medicine to put in the babys mouth. I don't think it's painful for them.....GoodLuck
