coliflower - 1163 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I didn't do it. I put my legs in up to my thighs but didn't go all the way in.

dawnispregz - 1163 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) no its not ok. i had this dilemma n researched it, its due to the temp of the hot tub/jacuzzi that raises ya b.p n heartbeat. but i did stick my feet n legs in n chill with the family i just didnt sit in it

CooperMom1st - 1163 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I say dont risk it, My cousin lost her baby a few weeks ago of lazing away in 'too' hot water... but also rather ask ur doc's opinion just to be sure sweety.

moms the word - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Think of it like this, your baby is in water. You will be surrounded by super heated water. The water in you will get heated by the water around you. It is kind of like heating up a baby bottle in a hot water bath. Given enough time, the liquid in the bottle reaches the same temp as the water it is in. I would have to say not a good idea.

Aussiemum2be - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My doc told me in the first trimester its a big fat NO, in the second you can but not for too long- dont overheat yourself. And in the third is pretty safe as long as you dont get too hot

aulrobbri - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I did (but did not know I was pregnant) in the beginning of my pregnancy. He is fine but I was SCARED

RobinG - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Def not ~ far to dangerous for all the reason below ~

MiGal76 - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) No. The heat raises your heart beat therefore decreasing blood flow to the baby.

2b - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I did it...and my baby (not born yet) seems fine.

wisfarmgirl - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Definitely no. And don't take long hot baths either.

MelissaLMoore - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) We own a hot tub. I asked my doctor about it and explained that it was set at a low temp (98 degrees during the summer and a little warmer in the winter) She said absolutely not. The only thing she said I could do was put my ankles in! So, we drained it and just look at it now.

antsmom - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I went on a cruise while pregnant and I asked my doctor specifically about hot tubs. He said absolutely not. He said that being in a hot tube literally cooks the baby because your body temp rises too high.

Julianna - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I'd ask your doctor. Usually rule states no because they are too hot 7 your body can overheat too easily without you evenknowing it.

baby2onboard - 1164 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) usually hot tubs are too hot especially in the beginning of pregnancy when the baby is developing super auickly and still very fragile. i think the general rule of them is with wet heat you can only go up to 105 degrees
