13 month old starts to wake up often..

i had a super sleeper just two weeks ago..now my 13 month old girl wakes up one or twice a night..i feed her and she goes back to sleep..she is very unsettled all night..whats going on..any ideas??she falls asleep very easily at 8 pm..no trouble at all..please help..i am super exhausted! thank you!

Debra - 1151 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) is she waking up and upset? or playing at 2am like my son is right now? it might be a phase (i hope so too!) He usually gets up once around 5 am or so, nurses and goes back to sleep until 8am. BUt last few nights has been waking up around 2 am and playing. I'm hoping its a phase. Let me know how it goes!
