..ice?? i constantly crave eating ice..is this weird or does anyone else have this craving??

meecob - 1143 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I think courtenay is right, i've heard that craving ice means there is an iron deficiency. if I were you, I'd look into maybe an iron suppliment - or - if you like cereal (which I do) then try eating Total...it's packed full of iron. courtenay - 1143 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i cant quite remember but im pretty sure that means your missing something in your diet, weird cravings usually mean your lacking something but im pretty sure ice cravings are included with the weird stuff like soaps etc.

msmillsap08 - 1143 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I didnt but my mom did. I read that it could be a condition called Pica that is causing it. Google it and it seems to be that you are lacking some sort of Vitamin or something and makes you crave Ice. There was one lady on here recently that said she craved Corn Starch and I found that also listed under Pica. Weird I know. Mom craved Ice with me though!
