Ina May Gaskins Guide to childbirth. Most books I wouldn`t rate as being worth reading but this book is amazing, I had it recomended to me by a doula who runs a birth group I go to, and by another ladie who has recently had anotha baby. I would say it`s a mega important read whether you are having a natural bith right through to a c-section, and I would especialy recomend anyone who has previously had a rough labour to read it as it has helped me so far to put a lot of ghosts to bed after having a rather traumatic experience the first time round. Take it easy ladies and I hope it helps.xxx
