Anyone try Lactation cookies to increase your milk? I found a recipe online and am going to make them this weekend!!

2b - 1108 days ago OK ladies! I made the cookies and they are delicious!! And my milk is flowing!! Makes over 4 dozen cookies so my husband is very happy and though it called for lots of ingredients they are delicious and worth it! Google Lactation cookies and get baking!!!

MelissaJoanne - 1112 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I haven't made them, but I looked it up and I make cookies like that anyway, minus the brewers yeast (love flaxseed!). I think I'll add that too next time. Yummy.

2b - 1112 days ago Yeah they sound like they'll be good. do a google search for Lactation cookies and the recipe comes right up. They have regular cookie stuff in them (sugar, flour, eggs, chocolate chips, oatmeal...etc) but also have flaxseed meal and brewers yeast which I'm guessing is what'll increase milk supply. I'll let you know how we like them. Also, they are supposedly delicious and perfectly fine for ANYONE men and children included to eat.
